Then this is where you need to be! Increase your body strength and joint health, your cardio and flexibility. Twenty to thirty minutes of any combination of static and dynamic stretches, wide-range-of-motion exercises for muscle and joint strength. Some good ol’ traditional exercises, and some interesting variations for your enjoyment.
While this is not a martial arts class, I use these exercises in classes for all the same reasons as now, and to teach body movement for our students.
